However, I was not comparing the <i>actions</i> of Saddam Hussein and Ratzinger. I was comparing their so-called <i>immunity as heads of state</i>.<br /><br />So, yes, you are right that Hussein commissioned his troops to slaughter innocent people, and that Ratzinger did not commission his priests to rape little children.
